The 7-day trial

You enter your card when you start the trial. If you cancel within 7 days you aren't charged, and your trial team and its data are deleted straight away. Otherwise your first annual payment is taken when the trial ends.

Tax and billing

Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which adds GST, VAT or sales tax where it applies. Business customers can add a tax ID at checkout. Each team is billed separately and renews yearly until you cancel.

Refunds and cancelling

You can request a refund within 14 days of any charge, including the first payment after your trial. See our Refund Policy. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid year, then your team is read-only for 90 days so you can export everything.
